This year marks the 30th anniversary of MDPI — three decades of supporting open access publishing and academic exchange across the global research community.

Since 1996, MDPI has grown alongside researchers, authors, reviewers, editors, and academic partners who continue to shape and strengthen scholarly communication across disciplines. What began as a small initiative has evolved into an international publishing platform dedicated to making research more accessible, visible, and collaborative.

As we celebrate this milestone, we would like to thank everyone who has been part of MDPI’s journey over the past 30 years. Your contributions, support, and commitment to advancing knowledge have helped build the vibrant global community that MDPI is proud to be part of today.
